Latest Update: Once again the suspect was given royal treatment by Houston County authorities, released, most likely with a red carpet exit, on the victim's birthday. March 2013.

In December of 2012 the initial primary suspect was rearrested for, approximately, the fifteenth major felony in Houston County. The suspect is currently incarcerated for a new felony arrest, new misdemeanor arrest, violation of special condition, technical violation and positive drug test. Will these charges be used as leverage to find out the truth? ........ 2013 - RELEASED AGAIN!

Shockingly this suspect was rearrested on numerous very serious felony drug charges in neighboring Peach County, of which the resolution is currently pending! Again in their grasp...will these charges be used as leverage to find out the truth or will this suspect miraculously wiggle free once again?!? - 2010 - DISMISSED.

If charged, any jack legged defense attorney would then have a right to review the case file and would have a field day defending this person with the contents, revealing an amateurish and very inept initial investigation. This case file, of which authorities in Houston County will go to any length to conceal, is the reason no charges will ever be filed in this murder, even though officials have had one of the culprits in their grasp many, many times!
